We understand that there may be situations in which you need to return products. As such, we have established the following Returns Policy to ensure a smooth and efficient returns process for our customers.
Please note that this Returns Policy is applicable only to businesses purchasing goods from us for the purpose of resale, and not to individual consumers.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
a. The item(s) must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received.
b. The item(s) must be unused and free from damage, including any signs of use or wear.
c. The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s).
d. The item(s) must have been purchased directly from Vapebulk.co.uk.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] or call us at [phone number] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
b. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) and include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase.
c. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and send it to:

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Refunds and Exchanges
Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will inspect the goods to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If the item(s) meet these criteria, we will:
a. Issue a full refund of the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs, to the original payment method used.
b. Or, upon your request, replace the item(s) with an identical or equivalent product, subject to availability.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of refunds and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to their nature. These include, but are not limited to:
a. Opened e-liquids or cartridges.
b. Disposable vaping devices that have been opened or used.
c. Any item that has been customized or modified according to the customer’s specifications.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receipt. We may require photographic evidence of the damage, and will then advise you on the appropriate course of action.
